Account Statements

This section allows you to create monthly reports of statements for your account, service charges, and interest, as well as monthly reports containing all of the cheque image statements from a statement cycle.

Account Statements are available after the end of an accounts Statement Cycle date, usually at the end of the month. Cheque Image Statements are available a few days after Account Statements.

2.     Select which details to include in this report by clicking on the checkboxes for Account, Service Charges, Interest, or All.

·         Account Statement – this statement contains all the account transaction(s) for the cycle period.

·         Service Charges – this statement contains the service charge information for the cycle period.

·         Interest Statement – this statement contains the interest transaction information for the cycle period.

·         All Statements – This check box is only available if more than one check box is available. This will check off all available statements in that row.

If multiple account selections have been made, a single PDF file will be created to include each selected Account Statement. You will be able to view the single Account Statement file right away. Multiple Account Statement files will be sent to the Message Centre when you click Export All. If the selected Account Statement exceeds the file size threshold, it will be available later in the Message Centre.
